Prep 2: Week 10

Prep 2 Class Blog Week Beginning 22nd June
Prep 2 have been looking at words containing the digraphs wh and ph. They took part in a quiz and enjoyed doing a wordsearch.
In Maths, the children have been revising counting in 2’s, 5’s and 10’s and are becoming familiar with the multiplication sign.
Prep 2 enjoyed learning about the Rainforest this week. They were particularly interested in finding out about the animals that can be found in the Amazon Rainforest.
The stars this week are:
Claudia for being enthusiastic about returning to school. She did well in her spelling test and also did some lovely project work on Rainforest animals.
Freya has worked hard and cheers people up with her lovely smile.
Avishka, Evelyn and Amalie all enjoyed drawing detailed Rainforest pictures.
